If you are having issues with ChasePlane, Windows Defender might be the cause. Follow these steps to add ChasePlane to the exclusion list.

Open Windows Security.

Go to Virus & threat protection.

Under Virus & threat protection settings, press Manage settings.

Under Exclusion, press Add or remove exclusions.

Press Add an exclusion -> File.

Browse to %appdata%\Parallel 42\ChasePlane, select ChasePlane_Bridge.exe, and click Open.

Press Add an exclusion -> File.

Browse to C:\Program Files\Parallel 42\ChasePlane, select ChasePlane.exe, and click Open.
