Cinematic Mode turns on by itself above FL180 and after 10 minutes of inactivity; you can disable Auto-Enable in ChasePlane's preferences.

This is Cinematic Mode. By default, it turns on by itself above FL180 (18,000 feet) and after 10 minutes of inactivity in the simulator.

To stop this, disable Auto-Enable in ChasePlane > Preferences > Camera > Cinematic Mode.
