Two pages hold this. Downloads lists the latest installer for everything you own; Orders & Downloads lists the orders themselves, with order numbers and authorization codes.
Downloads
Downloads is the fastest way to an installer. It lists every product on your account with its current version, file size, and order number.
- Open Downloads.
- Filter by type or platform to narrow the list.
- Select Download beside the product you need.
Use Download all to take the whole list at once. It builds a zip, so filter to 25 products or fewer first.
Orders & Downloads
Your Orders & Downloads page lists purchases made through the Parallel 42 Store. Use it to open an order, copy its order number, and download the files currently assigned to its products.
- Sign in at parallel42.com/downloads.
- Open Orders & Downloads.
- Find the order containing your product. Orders are listed newest first.
- Use the action beside the product you need.
Read an order row

Download an installer
Select Download latest version for a normal installation, update, or reinstall.
Some installers keep older builds available. When they do, Older versions appears beside the latest-version action. Open it to see the filename, version, and download action for each older build. Use an older version only for a specific compatibility need or when Parallel 42 Support directs you to one.

Find your authorization code
Some accounts have an authorization code, used by the products that activate in the simulator. When one is available, Activate a product appears near the top of Orders & Downloads.
- Select Activate a product.
- Select the displayed Authorization Code to copy it.
- Copy the order number from the order containing the product.
- Enter those values only when the product asks for them.
If Activate a product is not shown, your account does not currently have an authorization code to display. Do not use a gift-card code, discount code, store password, or order number in its place. If a product is asking for an authorization code, confirm that you signed in to the account containing that product, then contact Parallel 42 Support if the code is still absent.

Refunded or cancelled purchases
A refunded or cancelled order may remain in the order history, but its product download is not available. The page labels a fully refunded, cancelled, or voided purchase License Revoked instead of presenting a download action. In a partially refunded order, the download is removed only from the refunded product.
If an order is missing
- Confirm that you are signed in to the Parallel 42 Store account that owns the purchase.
- Check the order-confirmation email to verify that the seller was the Parallel 42 Store.
- If the page reports that it cannot load orders, refresh it once or try again later.
- If the Parallel 42 Store order is still absent, open a support ticket and include the account email address and receipt or order confirmation.
Purchases from another store
Orders & Downloads shows orders attached to your signed-in Parallel 42 Store account. A purchase made through the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace, Orbx, Contrail, or another reseller does not automatically become a Parallel 42 Store order.
Use the original seller’s library or account to find that purchase and its downloads. To have an eligible product added to your Parallel 42 account, follow Transfer purchases from other stores to your Parallel 42 account. A transfer is a separate verification process; the reseller receipt by itself does not make the order appear on Orders & Downloads.
